Tender breaded veal cutlets topped with house marinara and melted mozzarella. Joe’s Pizza Italian Cuisine & Bar’s menu calls it “the definitive Italian-American veal dish” — the same breaded-and-baked treatment as Chicken Parmigiana and Eggplant Parmigiana, applied to veal instead.
Veal Godfather — $22.00
Veal scallopini sautéed with bacon, roasted peppers, mushrooms, and sun-dried tomatoes. This is a completely different preparation from the Parmigiana — no breading, no marinara, no mozzarella. It’s a sautéed dish built around bacon and vegetables, closer in style to Joe’s Pizza Italian Cuisine & Bar sautéed chicken preparations than to a breaded cutlet.
Veal Parmigiana Sub — $12.00
